The following tests may only be carried out when communicating with an IQ actuator.

LED's
To test the IQ display indicator LED's, check the required colour box and Click Set. The selected display LED will illuminate for approximately 30 seconds after which the display will return to normal.

The IQ tests the battery at approximately 10-min. intervals. Should the battery be low or flat/missing the battery icon will be illuminated on the IQ display. Using insight a battery test can be "forced". Click on the Test Battery control. Insight will report the battery status.
If the battery is "low" or "flat/missing" it must be replaced at the earliest opportunity.

The IQ liquid crystal display (LCD) segments and icons can be tested. Click on the required control. After approximately 30 seconds the display will return to normal.
